The Problem
The stable boxes had concrete floors, which were hard, slippery, and required a large amount of bedding.
Our Solution
Amacron supplied two different rubber flooring solutions for these boxes: interlocking rubber tiles in one stable and rubber on the roll in the other stable.

The Problem
The weigh scale area had issues with cattle slipping and needed a tough, anti-slip surface.

The Problem
This driveway is used by both horses and forklifts, so it needed a surface that was tough enough for machinery while still providing safe footing for horses.

Amacron installed 25mm thick German rubber tiles to create a surface that is tough enough for machinery while also being soft and grippy enough for horses to walk safely down the driveway.

The Problem
Hard concrete stable floors provided little comfort for the horses and required a huge amount of bedding, which was very costly.
Our Solution
We provided 25mm thick German interlocking tiles. The customer can now use around 80% less bedding, as these comfortable mats do not require bedding for comfort – only a little bedding for absorbing urine.

The Problem
The customer built new stables but needed to create anti-slip floors that were soft to provide safety and comfort for their horses.

Amacron installed 25mm thick interlocking tiles in the stable boxes, then supplied and installed 10mm rubber on the roll in the breezeway area. It all turned out very nicely and exactly met the customer’s intent.
